Daisy

Daisy Pauley, 92 years of age of Old Country Lane (Hecla) New Ringgold, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Seton Manor in Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania.

Widow of Paul W. Pauley, who died on January 28, 1988.

Daisy attended Steigerwalt's German Eldership Church of God in New Ringgold. Daisy retired in 1985 from the former Atlas Powder Company of Reynolds, and was a lifetime member of the New Ringgold Fire Company Auxiliary.

Daisy was an avid fisherman, and liked to crochet.

Born Thursday, December 28, 1922, the daughter of the late Charles and Clara (Lorah) Ketchledge.

Paul C. Pauley and his wife Betty of Driftwood, PA,
David G. Pauley and his wife Elizabeth of New Ringgold,
Richard R. Pauley and his wife Karrie of New Ringgold;

Brother,
Charles Ketchledge of New Ringgold;

7 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by an infant daughter Daisy Anne in 1944; sisters, Mrs. Fern Dahm, and Mrs. Mae Kupetz; brothers, John, James, P.F.C. Bert who died in action, and Grant Ketchledge; great grandson, Bobby Dunn.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 2066 West Penn Pike, Rte. #309 New Ringgold, Pennsylvania 17960.

A Funeral service will be at 11 o'clock AM on Monday, March 9, 2015 from the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Rev. Eugene Eckroth to officiate.

A Gathering of Friends shall occur at the funeral home from 9:30 A.M. until time of services.

Interment will be in Frieden's Lutheran Church Cemetery of New Ringgold, Pennsylvania.
