Cynthia "Cindy" L. Troxell

Mrs. Cynthia L. "Cindy" (Steigerwalt) Troxell, age 54, of Troxell Valley Road, Andreas, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, unexpectedly at home.
A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Cindy cherished her family and reveled in her children's accomplishments.
A 1974 Tamaqua High School graduate, Cindy has worked for Dr. Brian Miller Periodonist of Bethlehem, Pa. as office manager for the past 12 years. Cindy had also worked for the Times News of Lehighton, laying out the pages before taking time to raise her family.
She was a member of Ben Salem U.C.C., of Lehighton, where she was group leader of the Youth Fellowship and taught Sunday School for many years and where she frequently taught the Children's Sermons.
Cindy was also a member of the Twins Club of the Lehigh Valley.
Born in Palmerton, she is the daughter of Ernest W. and Joyce (Miller) Steigerwalt of Lehighton.
She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Dale R. Troxell;

Jennifer S. (Troxell) Woodward wife of Steve of Andreas,
Jamie D. (Troxell) Lorah wife of Jason of Andreas;
Three Sisters,
Rev. Tina Louise (Steigerwalt) Snyder wife of George Salinas of Orange Grove, TX.,
Sandra (Steigerwalt) Roth wife of Jeffrey of Lehighton,
Lori (Steigerwalt) Orach wife of Eric of Tamaqua;
Her first grandchild, Mackenzie Reese Lorah, who was greatly adored by her Nan-Nan.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, Rte. 309, New Ringgold, Pa.,
The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, April 16, 2011, at Ben Salem U.C.C. 1965 Church Hill Road, Lehighton, Pa. 18235.
Funeral service will be at Ben Salem U.C.C. at 11 o'clock A.M., with the Pastor Elect Michael McGowan, and Rev. James L. Knappenberger to co-officiate.
Interment will be at Ben Salem Church Cemetery of Lehighton.
