Mrs. Clara L (Grube) Bensinger, age 64, of New Ringgold, died Monday, March 14, 2011, at Lehigh Valley Hopital, Salisbury Twp.
Clara had been employed by Gnaden Huetten Hospital as a Medical Technologist/Histology.
She was a very active member of Christ Church of McKeansburg.
Born in New Ringgold, she was the daughter of the late Carl W. Grube and the late Clara (Knoll) Grube.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Walter Bensinger of New Ringgold
one daughter,
Donna (Bensinger) Zacharias and her husband Allen of Lehighton
one son,
Michael Bensinger and his wife Michelle of New Ringgold
three sisters,
Irene Teter and Helen M. Eckroth of New Ringgold and Sara Feichtel of Mechanicsburg
one brother,
Rev. Guy Grube of Kempton
nine grandchildren, Ryan, Nina, Megan, Aaron and Sheridan Bensinger and Kenny, Benjamin, Jackson and Molly Zacharias.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa.
A Celebration of Life will be celebrated on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11:00AM at Christ Church of McKeansburg 1751 Chestnut St., New Ringgold, Pa., Pastor Sunny Stock officiating. Calling hours on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 9-11AM at the church.
