Christine "Chrissy" Heffelfinger

Christine (Sweeney) Heffelfinger, age 47, of Water Street Coaldale, died Saturday, April 14, 2012, at home in the care of her family.

Survived by her husband of 18 years, Kenny Heffelfinger.

Chrissy, attended Panther Valley Schools, and had worked for Fun Time Textile of Lansford until they closed. Chrissy, last worked for Kistler Transportation of New Ringgold.

Born in Coaldale, she was the daughter of the late Vincent J. Sweeney who died on March 30, 2012 and the late Dorothy (Dally) Sweeney, who died on May 30, 2008.

She is also survived by her;

Three Sons,
William Heffelfinger and his wife Caitlyn of Virginia Beach, Va.,
Kenneth Heffelfinger and his companion Mary Ditzler of St. Clair,
Brian Heffelfinger and his companion Tammy Maurer of Mahanoy City;

Three Sisters,
Charlotte K. (Sweeney) Murphy wife of Harry,
Georgine (Sweeney) Jungbaer wife of Peter,
Joan Marie (Sweeney) Hodon wife of Joseph, all of Coaldale;

Two Brothers,
Vincent J. Sweeney and his wife Bernice,
Robert W. Sweeney and his wife Chrissy, both of Nesquehoning;

Six grandchildren;

Aunts, uncles, and cousins, brother, and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews also survive her.

Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 17, 2012 and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 18, 2012.

Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 18, 2012 Rev. William Linkchorst to officiate.

Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park in Tamaqua.
