Charles Michael Begia , 71 years of age, of Sheppton, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at home.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Fleischacker) Begia; son, Charles Bott, Hazle Township; daughter, Karen Begia, Freeland; Step-daughter, Elsie Shirtz; brother, Joseph Begia and his wife, JoAnn, Boerner, Texas and a sister, Gertrude Begia, Hazleton.
A truck driver for Bobby Quinn Public Transit, Charles was a member of St. John XXIII R.C.C. of Tamaqua. Charles served in the United States Army and served honorably during the Vietnam War.
He was born Sunday, February 6, 1944, in Stockton, son of the late Joseph, and Anna (Kutzko) Begia.
Charles was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Ann (Pollock) Begia on October 10, 2006
