Mr. Chad Allen Gerhard, age 36, of Hazleton, Pa., died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Salisbury Twp.
A Weatherly High School graduate, Chad was a member of Zion's Lutheran Church of Weatherly.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Steve Gerhard of Sagamore Hills, OH, and Diane (Weiss) Gerhard of Weatherly, Pa. .
He is survived by his
One Daughter,
Diana Rose Gerhard of Hazleton;
Maternal Grandmother-Margaret Weiss of Weatherly;
Preceded in death by an infant brother Allen W. Gerhard, in 1967
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa.,Philip J. Jeffries F.D./Sup. where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, April 25, 2010.
Funeral service will be at Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Monday, April 26, 2010, Rev. Dawn Richie officiating.
Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Weatherly.
