Carol M. Hill

Carol M. (Wetzel) Hill, age 64, of Carbon St., Lehighton, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Gnaden Huetten Hospital Blue Mt. Health Care Systems in Lehighton.

She is survived by her high school sweetheart and loving husband of 47 years, Edward M. Hill.

Carol retired from the former Scotty's Fashions after 30 years of service as a seamstress and she worked for many years as an administrative assistant for the security dept at Dorney Park.

She was Lutheran by faith. Carol enjoyed her family, sewing, gardening and baking with her grandchildren.

Born in Coaldale on December 19, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Oscar Wetzel and the late Sarah (Renninger) Wetzel.

Danny Wetzel and his wife Christine of Mahanoy City;

Five Grandchildren,
Nathan, Lauren, Alexis, Ashley and Owen.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, PA where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, March 28, 2016.

Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. at 11o'clock AM, Monday, March 28, 2016.

Interment will be at Zion 's Union Stone Church Cemetery, New Ringgold, PA.
