Carmen Torres Rodriguez, 76 of Woodhaven, New York passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at St. Lukes Hospital Gnaden Huetten Campus, Lehighton, Pennsylvania.Born Friday, September 11, 1942 in Yauco, Puerto Rico the daughter of the late Jesus Torres, and Estrella Rodriguez. She was the widow of Samuel Castro Quinones who passed away on October 4, 2018.Surviving are; daughters, Eddister Martinez Torres, Griselda L. Martinez Torres, Martiza Martinez Torres, Vivan Martinez Torres; son, Jose G. Martinez Torres; 17 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.Carmen was one of eighteen siblings.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J.
