Mr. Carl W. Barron, age 62, of Clark Street Tamaqua, Pa., died Thursday, April 14, 2011 suddenly in Berks County.
A 1966 Tamaqua High School graduate, Carl retired from Silberline Manufacturing after 23 years of service.
Carl, enjoyed fishing, and Golf.
Born in Coaldale, he was the son of Mary (Nichols) Barron-Munichello of Tamaqua, and the late Robert G. Barron, who died in 1956.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mrs. Donna M. (Miller) Barron;
One Daughter,
Kelly Marie (Barron) Stark wife of Rick of Wilkes-Barre;
Two Sons,
Scott D. Barron and his wife Lynne of Tamaqua,
Michael D. Barron and his wife Lori of Wallingford, Conn.;
One Sister,
Margaret (Barron) Sullivan wife of James of Coaldale;
One Brother,
Robert Barron and his wife Judy of Tamaqua;
Six grandchildren, Amy, Amber, Jillian, Thomas, Teralyn, and Madison;
Preceded in death by his step-father, George V. Munichello on Sept. 18, 2010.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 19, 2011, Rev. Kevin Duffy-Guy officiating.
Private interment at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Tamaqua.
