Betty E. (Evanchuck) Kemmerer, age 78, of Lester Prairie, Minn., formerly of Lake Hauto, Nesquehoning, died Sunday, February 19, 2012 at home.
An Allentown High School graduate, Betty was a homemaker, and active in the Tamaqua Lionettes.
Widow of Curtis W. Kemmerer, who died March 4, 2004.
She was born in Allentown, the daughter of the late Harry Evanchuck and the late Hilda (Brinker) Quinn.
She is survived by her
One Daughter,
Lori L. (Kemmerer) Ehrke wife of Sheldon of Glenco, Minn.;
One Son,
David C. Kemmerer and his companion Sandy Turner of Barnesville;
Sister-in-law, Shirley Diehl and her husband Richard of Baton Rouge, La.;
One Brother,
Donald Evanchuck and his wife Mary of Bethlehem;
Five grandchildren, Amanda Donnangelo and her husband Doug, Andrew Kemmerer and Shane, Tyler and Cole Ehrke;
One great-grandchild, Roderick C. Kemmerer;
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Preceded in death by her step-father, Norm Quinn.
