Betty A (Stalgaitis) Edmonds, age 80, of Miller Lane, Tamaqua, died Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at home in the care of her family.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Charles T. Edmonds.
Betty owned and operated Betty's Ceramic Shop where she fired ceramics, sold retail and taught ceramic classes.
She was a Tamaqua Area High School graduate.
Born in Tamaqua, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Stalgaitis and the late Anna (Bozis) Stalgaitis.
She is also survived by her

Kim Leary of Tamaqua;
Two Sons,
Charles "Chuck" W. Edmonds and his wife Brenda of Tamaqua;
Bruce J Edmonds and his wife Margaret of Tamaqua;
One Sister,
Dorothy Souders of Georgia;
Three Grandchildren
Seven Great-Grandchildren
Five Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Stalgaitis; sisters, Nellie Norcross, Anna Daukshus, and Mary Geiger.
Private Arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
