Mrs. Bertha A (Hartranft) Doleiden, age 85, formerly of 5th St., Weatherly, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Weatherwood Nursing Home in Weatherly.
Bertha was a member of Salem UCC of Weatherly.
She was a homemaker.
Born in Palmerton, she was the daughter of the late Edwin Hartranft and the late Alda (Harding) Hartranft.
She is survived by her
one daughter,
Dolores A (Doleiden) Younker and her husband Charles of Kunkletown
one son,
Robert G Doleiden and his wife Diane of Allentown
one brother,
James Hartranft and his wife Ann of Bowmanstown
four grandchildren
two great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband in 1971, Robert E. Doleiden; daughter, Linda Mae Hinkle in 1973; brother, Charles; sister, Mary Searfoss.
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffries F.D./Supervisor where the family will receive friends on Saturday, March 5, 2011 from 9:30-11:00AM.
Funeral Service will be on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at 11:00AM at the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, Reverend Donald J. Stump, Sr. officiating.
Interment at Union Cemetery of Weatherly.
