Bernice A. Meredith

Mrs. Bernice A. (Krause) Meredith, age 82, of Tamaqua, Pa., died Sunday, October 24, 2010, at Pottsville Hospital in Pottsville, Pa.

A member of Trinity U.C.C. of Tamaqua, Bernice was a seamstress, and did leather repairs.

Born in Jourdonton, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Augusta (Kieke) Krause.

She is survived by her

Two Daughters,
Bernadette (Meredith) Nester wife of Dennis,
Debbie (Meredith) Delp wife of Bob, both of Tamaqua;

One Sister,
Darlene (Krause) Dieck wife of William of Antigo, Wis.;

One Brother,
Harry Krause and his wife Evelyn of Norfolk, Va.;

Granddaughter, Miss Angela Nester of Schnecksville;

Nieces, and nephews

Prceded in death by her brothers, Albert, and Herbert Krause; sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Larsen, and Mrs. Marian Roberts.


Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 7:00 PM Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

Private Interment will be at Odd Fellows in Tamaqua, Pa.
