Mrs. Beatrice A. "Beatty" (Miller) Balliet, age 88, of Pine Hill Road, Andreas, Pa., died Monday, December 17, 2007, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pa. Known to her family as Mammy-B.
Beatty was a woman of faith and possessed many talents,from working with her husband Wellis in their Garage in Leibysville, pumping gas, handing Wellis a wrench, to her love of crafts, making Angels to pass out to friends and neighbors. Beattie was affectionatley known as the "The Angel Lady". Beatty's love for family was extended to her enthusiasm for playing Bingo, and her care of flowers.
A member of St. Peter's Church of Mantzville, she was a Charter member of the West Penn Lioness, a member of St. Peter's Retiree's, amd Zion Stone Church of West Penn Twp. Retiree's.
Born in West Penn Twp., she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary (Hunsicker) Miller.
She is survived by her

Mrs. Jean M. (Balliet) Duncan wife of Chester of Maricopa, Ariz.
Mrs. Jane A. (Balliet) Castro of Bethlehem, Pa.
Four Sons,
Mr. Wellis S. Balliet, Jr. and his wife Geraldine of Nescopeck, Pa.
Mr. Dennis R. Balliet and his wife Denise of Andreas, Pa.
Mr. Kenneth L. Balliet, Sr. and his wife Helen of Kunkeltown, Pa.
Mr. Bruce P. Balliet of Tamaqua, Pa.
Daughter-in-law, Cleo Balliet of Lehighton, Pa. wife of her late son Roger B. Balliet.
One Brother,
Mr. Mark O. Miller and his wife Dorothy of Andreas, Pa.

Preceded in death by her husband, Wellis S. Balliet, Sr.; son, Roger; Brother, Leon O. Miller; sister Mrs. Evelyn Miller; son-in-law Joseph Castro.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, December 21, 2007, at the funeral home
and from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM Saturday, December 22, 2007, in church
Funeral service will be at St. Peter's Church, 184 St. Peter's Church Road, Mantzville, Tamaqua, Pa. 18252 at 11 o'clock A.M. Sat. December 22, 2007. Rev. Joyce H. Pfeiffer officiating.
Interment will be at St. Peter's Church Cemetery.
