Barbara J. Helman, 81 years of age of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the home of her daughter Judy while surrounded by her family.
Born Saturday, March 2, 1940 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Clifford, and Dorothy (Kohler ) German. Barbara was also predeceased by her husband, John Helman.
Surviving are; daughters, Cheryl Sallada and her husband Ron, Judy Deily and her husband Bill with whom she resided; sons, William Hamersly, Robert Hamersly, Dennis Miller, John Helman, Jr. and his wife Belinda, Ronald Helman and his wife Paulette; brother, Terry German and his wife Colleen; sister, Marjorie Adams; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Affiliated with Bethany E.C.C. of Tamaqua, Barbara tended bar at the Red Barn in Allentown for over 25 years. She was an ardent crafter, and liked to golf.

A Celebration of Life honoring Barbara will be held on Thursday February 24, 2022 at 10 o'clock A.M. from Bethany E.C.C. 223 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252, Rev. Kevin Roberts to officiate. Friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. until time of remembrance.
Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Allentown, Pennsylvania.
