She was a 2000 graduate of Hazleton Area High School.
She was Catholic by faith.
Born in Danville, she was the daughter of John R. Petrick of Freeland and Lisa A. (Machesko) Petrick of W. Hazleton.
She is also survived by her
Two Daughters,
Desiree and Gracie;
One Son,
Thomas;
Grandmother,
Gladys Haganey of Freeland;
Step-mother,
Ruth Petrick of Freeland;
Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
