Anne M. Sotack

Mrs. Anne M (Petrisko) Sotack, age 92, of Weatherly, Pa., died Thursday, March 11, 2010, at St Luke's Pavilion in Hazleton, Pa.
Mrs. Sotack owned with her late husband the Homestead Restaurant- Bakery from 1959-1966, she then worked at Weatherwood Nursing Home as an aid, and retired as Supervisor of the Weatherly School District cafeteria.
She was a member of the former St. Joseph's R.C.C. of Hazleton and was an avid baker, gardener and enjoyed to crochet.
Born in Stockton, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Michael Petrisko and the late Mary (Cherniga) Petrisko.
She is survived by her

Three Sons,
William D Sotack of Cleveland, Georgia;
George R Sotack and his wife Joyce with whom she resided;
and Timothy J Sotack and his wife Joyce of Cummings, Georgia
Two Sisters,
Agnes Augustine of Weatherly
and Helen Baran wife of George of New Jersey
One Brother,
Joe Petrisko and his wife Louise of Nazareth
Six grandchildren who called Anne mom-mom
Four great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband George J. Sotack; brothers, Michael, Joe, John, George; sister, Mary; grandson, Jessie Sotack.
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffries, F.D./Supervisor where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 from 6-8 P.M.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 9:30 A.M. at the Parish of SS. Cyril & Methodius R.C.C. 604 N. Laurel Hazleton, Pa., Reverend Richard Cirba officiating.
Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Drums, Pa.
Memorials in her memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
