Anna T Trudich, age 100, of Owl Creek Rd., Tamaqua passed away Thursday, May 30, 2013 at home in the care of her family.
She was the widow of John Trudich, Sr who passed away on 5-14-1987.
She was a member of SS Peter & Paul RCC of Tamaqua.
Anna was a homemaker and had enjoyed many hobbies over the years which included sewing, embroidering, cooking, baking and gardening.
Born in Lansford, she was the daughter of the late John and Theresa Duda.
She is survived by her
Three Daughters,
Eleanor Hodge and Betty Peper of Tamaqua and Rose Beiswenger of Mechanicsburg;
Three Sons,
John "Sonny" Jr., Peter and Mike all of Tamaqua;
One Sister,
Margaret Paslawsky of Gettysburg;
Four grandchildren,
Mike Hodge, Shirley Ann French, Peter Trudich, Jr., and Desiree Deetz;
Four great-grandchildren,
Shawn and Shaina Hodge and Cody and Tyler Trudich;
Eight great-great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and John Duda and Frank Momrock; sisters, Mary (Duda) Momrock, Rosie (Momrock) Kaiser and Theresa (Momrock) Ohl.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Monday, June 3, 2013 from 6-8 PM and Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 8:45 to 9:30 AM.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 10 o'clock AM at SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C. 307 Pine St., Tamaqua, Pa., Reverend William Linkchorst to officiate.
Interment at SS. Peter & Paul R.C.C.C., Owl Creek.
