Anna Mae Cheslock

Mrs. Anna Mae (Snear) Cheslock, age 79, of Packer Street Weatherly, Pa., died Saturday, September 24, 2011, unexpectedly at home.

A Weatherly High School graduate, Anna Mae had retired from Weatherwood, where she worked as a nurses aide. Anna Mae also worked in the kitchen at Heritage Hill's, and was a custodian and van driver for the Weatherly Schools.

A member of Salem U.C.C., Anna Mae volunteered for the local Meals on Wheels program.

Born in Weatherly, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Alice (Thrash) Snear.

She is survived by her husband Paul Cheslock;

Janet (Cheslock) Holman wife of Dave of Weatherly,
Theresa (Cheslock) Balogach and her fiancee Michael Richards of Weatherly,
Cathy (Cheslock) Hinkle wife of Warren of Junedale,
Rebecca (Cheslock) Jordan wife of Ray of Smithfield, Va.,
Melissa Cheslock of Beaver Meadows;

One Son,
John Cheslock and his wife Chrissy of Allentown;

Brother, Merritt Snear, and his wife Dorothy of McAdoo;

Sister, Mrs. Beverly Jones of Rock Glen;

Twelve grandchildren
Four great-grandchildren;

Preceded in death by a son, Robert Paul "Chip" Cheslock in 2008; grand daughter, Ann Hensel; great grandson, Brandon Noel.

Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First St., Weatherly, Pa.. Philip J. Jeffries F.D.

Graveside Memorial Service will be at Union Cemetery at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2011, Rev. Fredericka Beauchard to officiate.
