Alphonsine Mary "Tootsie" Hoepp, 91 of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale, Pennsylvania. Born Friday, March 1, 1929 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the daughter of the former Pietro and Mary Margaret (Laurie) Silvestro.  She was also predeceased by; her husband, Louis J. Hoepp, Sr.; son, Louis J. Hoepp, Jr.; daughter, Deborah McConomy. Surviving are daughter, Joan Sanders; 7 grand children; 6 great grand children. Catholic by faith, Tootsie worked as a book binder, retiring as a Librarian from the City of Philadelphia. She enjoyed traveling, dancing and watching old movies.
