Alfred P. Knabb, 84 of New Ringgold, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at home while in the loving care of his family.
Survived by his beloved wife of 20 years, Dolores D. (McFarland) Knabb;daughters, Cindy L. Rohrbach wife of Frank of Macungie, Christine A. Knabb of Kempton, Wanda J. Krum wife of Keith of Lehighton, Debbie L. Lloyd of Slatington; sons, William M. Knabb of Kempton, David P. Knabb of Lenhartsville, Alfred O. Knabb and his wife Karen of Kutztown; sisters, June Bruno of Kutztown, Eleanor Sechler of Bernville; brother, John R. Knabb of Kutztown 10 grand children; 7 great grand children. Many nieces, and nephews also survive Alfred.
Alfred was a longtime truck driver having owned A.P. Knabb Trucking of Kempton. He was an outdoorsman, who enjoyed gardening, listening to country music, and visiting the local sprint car tracks.
Born Wednesday, May 17, 1933 in Oley, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Alfred P. and Beulah (Prutzman) Knabb. He was also predeceased by; sisters, Helen Manbeck, Grace Herring, Rhea Seigfried, Ann Seidel, Fern Zeigler; brothers, Nevin and David Knabb.
