Alexandria K. Sienkiewicz, 23 years of age of Bowe Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away Saturday, April 2, 2016, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale, Pennsylvania having succumbed to her illness of addiction.
While Alex lost her battle with this demon, she was a human being, full of love and laughter. She was a caring good soul. She will always be loved and never be forgotten.
Born Sunday, September 13, 1992 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania she is survived by her loving parents, John J. and Tammy M. (Poslosky) Sienkiewicz with whom she resided; brothers, Jamaal T. Poslosky and his wife Nina of Mahanoy City, Brandon L. Sienkiewicz and his companion Haley Lombardo of Tamaqua, and Dakota A. Sienkiewicz of Tamaqua; nephew, Isaac C. Sienkiewicz; nieces, Destiny, Chloe, and Cadance Poslosky paternal grandfather, John J. Eshelman, and uncle John R. Eshelman and his wife Sara both of Loysburg, Pa.
A Tamaqua Area High School graduate, Alex enjoyed snow boarding, and horse back riding. A beautiful young woman who loved her nephew and family. She has been taken from all to soon.
