Alcira Yesenia Moreno Villamizar, a cherished daughter, sister, and devoted mother, passed away suddenly at the age of 35 on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Born on April 25, 1989, in Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia, she grew up in Berlin, Santander, Colombia, where she touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit.
Alcira was the beloved daughter of Jose Manuel Moreno and the late Ana Derly Villamizar. She is survived by her two precious sons, Jaiver Manuel Moreno and Guillermo Andres Moreno, who were her greatest joys and the light of her life. She also leaves behind her loving brother, Franky Alexander Martinez Villamizar, and her devoted sisters, Leidy Cristina Moreno Lopez, Veronica Vanessa Moreno Lopez, and Sandy Karina Moreno, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Alcira was a talented entrepreneur and gifted content writer, known for her creativity and passion for her work. Her artistic soul found joy in beautiful crafting things, and her adventurous spirit loved exploring the great outdoors, whether hiking through nature’s beauty, tending to her garden, or working on the farm. She believed in nurturing both body and mind, dedicating time to her physical and mental well-being through regular workouts.
To those who knew her, Alcira was a beacon of light—a loving mother, a caring sister, and a loyal friend. Her laughter, compassion, and courage in the face of challenges will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Her legacy of love and strength lives on in her children and in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
