Lois A. Welsh

Lois A. Welsh, beloved wife, mother, nana, 79 years of age of Birch Street Hazleton, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton Campus.

Born Wednesday, March 10, 1943 in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late John, and Doris (Barrett) Morgan.

Surviving are; her husband of 60 years, Charles LeRoy Welsh; daughters, Tara A. Carey and her husband C.J. of Hazleton, Tiffany L. Barbush and her husband Todd of Drums; grandchildren, Mia, and Kaylee; cousins who she saw as sisters, Sandra Malt, Sharon Kovatch wife of John III, Shelly Martino wife of Ed.

A graduate of St. Gabriel's Catholic High School class of 1962 Lois enjoyed playing Bingo; however she most cherished her role of wife, mother, and nana.

A Celebration of Lois's Life will be held on Thursday December 8, 2022 at 11 o'clock from the funeral home. Friends may visit from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.

Interment will be in Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
